Smart Casual Jewellery - What to wear now

So jewellery is such an important accessory for any smart casual outfit.  The rules have changed and mixing metals is no longer a no-no. So you don't have to wear all gold or all silver , mixing these gives you a much more on trend look. Jewellery is definitely finer than it was 10 years ago, but some of the 80's inspired styles are back in , and I love the ones that are.  Casual fashion accessories will update any outfit. Coin necklaces and earrings, hoop earrings are all back.  Layering the necklaces also works and adds the perfect look to a collared shirt. Wearing a long drop earring works with so many hairstyles. Cascading curls, loose buns or for a day time style in a high ponytail. Long necklaces are not so on trend at them moment , however if you have a simple plain silky top then a fine necklace with some dangles can be the last piece you need to add. Best brands at present are Jolie & Deen with prices starting at $29.95, Misuzi with the signature chloe initial necklace available in yellow gold, rose gold and sterling silver ( not plated and amazing quality ) for $89. By Charlottes delicate necklaces with lotus flower and gems available in silver plate and gold plate with incredible detail in the chains start at $149. Nicole Fendel is another favourite with the prettiest drop earrings , hammered metals and detailed beads. Who is the next jewellery designer to look out for? Well we have the amazing Vanessa Mooney from L.A arriving any day now . We are really in love with this one and we think you will be too.

Here are some shots of our favourite smart casual cool looks.
