Australia wide is free when you spend $99 and express post over $149.
Please be aware that standard shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 days with Australia Post.
All Domestic Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Express Post with tracking included.
Delivery
Domestic: Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
International: 10 business days depending on your location.
Rules of international orders:
- we will photograph all orders prior to dispatch
- we will provide tracking for all orders
- postage is a standard $20 unless garments are very heavy
- We use Australia Post Pack and Track for all International orders, which can take 7-14 business days for delivery. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.
- signature will be required for all international orders
- The customer is responsible for any customs or import charges which are charged at arrival to your country (Since I Found You has no control over import charges).
- We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control, which may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or high volume/peak season.
- Since I Found You will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We record all proof of postage.
- If you need to return our 14 day policy of returns does not apply to International orders. Returns should be sent as soon as possible and we will refund when we have received goods and they are in the same condition they were sent

Returns
